"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

We lit our pumpkins and C...
loved them!

She sat in front of them and watched them glow for
a real long time!

She was very curious about their insides too!

Miss Caroilne at Boo at the Zoo!

This Bumble Bee was too much fun on our
outting to Boo at the Zoo! She loved her
costume, the crowd, the music, trick or treating,
and getting strolled in her stroller!

My wings and my tutu!

She's ready to go! Look at her dancing!

Holding on tight to my candy bucket! I'm ready

Caroline at The South Carolina State Fair!

Caroline loved the SC State Fair! She loved all the action, the food, the chocolate milk, the animals especially the chickens, and the carousel. I loved watching my girl have a blast! My favorite part of the fair is the food, the sandcastle sculpture, the exhibits (art, cakes, etc). We had so much fun! I can't wait to take her back next year!

Let's go meet Nanny and PC at the fair!

I weighed 23 lbs at this year's fair!

I love chocolate milk! I have my own carton!

Three generations of loving the fair! (Wearing brown
was not planned...great minds think alike).

My first fair corndog! Yum! Yum! Yum!

I love the "hor see"! Now all I say is giddy up!

Having too much fun!

Daddy gets a turn!

They both loved the carousel!

Loving the sights!

Loved my first SC State Fair!

A couple of weekends ago we took Caroline to Harmon's Tree Farm to pick out our pumkins! I don't know who had more fun, Caroline or us! She picked out three perfect pumpkins!

Let's go to the pumpkin patch!

Our "little pumpkin"!

C's facial expressions are too cute! She's listening
to animal sounds at the farm!

Selecting just the right pumpkin is very hard work!

We tried telling her that standing on the pumpkins was just
not the thing to do!

Admiring her find!

Inspecting it's price!

Then just this weekend we went to Niven's Apple Farm!
All the "kids" big and little!

C with her daddy!

C and C!

Picking out pumkins on the vine...interesting!
There were so many to choose from!

C loved this pumpkin patch!

After selecting our pumpkins we put both our
"pumpkins" in the wheelbarrow!

The minis were just her favorite!

C with her pumpkins!

She toated this little one all over our yard!

Rock Hill Band Competition 2010!

I now love band competitions! I mean I have for the past four years, ever since my oldest niece was a freshman in high school (now she's a senior and her sister is now a freshman and she too is in the band). The competitions are a lot of fun to watch. It's great seeing the shows that all of those hard working teenagers have been determined to put together since mid July!
This year was especially...can't think of another word except for... perfect. Perfect in two ways. One, I got to watch Kelsey perform for the first time alongside her big SIS in Rock Hill! This year the tears just came like last year as I saw BSHS march out onto that football field. I get so nervous (like the feeling I get right before public speaking) when I see them enter the stadium. Once they start though my anxiousness turns into joy. They have worked so hard and this year they won first place at Rock Hill. I am so proud of them! They have several more competitions but the next big one is in November! Can't wait to see you play again girls!
Two, the band competition was in October. October is breast cancer awareness month. My own mother is a breast cancer survivor. BSHS  supported breast cancer awareness by selling "Pink Matters" tshirts! We wanted to support the school and the cause and especially our mother and the girls' grandmother so we wore our "Pink Matters" tshirts! C had one especially made for her for the event!
We are thankful and blessed each day that we are now on this side of our mother's cancer...CANCER FREE that is! I have lots of wonderful things to say about my mother during her pre and post cancer treatments. I've posted her survivor's story recently. I've never seen someone shine as much as she has during the last seven months! You are such a positive person mom! What an example you've given to all that you know and especially to your daughters and granddaughters! We love you!

to this baby!

Taking sips of Aunt Rhonda's Sonic drink!

Loving my baby while watching the competition!

Getting smooches from my Aunt R!
She just adores me!

Shade and a favorite drink! What more
can a girl like me ask for!!

Giggles and more giggles!

These two are so much alike! Look at their
identical facial expressions! Love my favorites!

YAY for Courtney and Kelsey!

My big cousin couldn't wait to love on me...

neither could my Kelsey!

Pink Matters to this family!

Even into the second round of the competition
I'm still going strong! A little sleepy but still
going strong!
